Please be aware this may cause delays in us receiving mail from other healthcare providers, and will cause delays in us receiving a posted prescription request during this period.
To avoid delays in prescription requests, please drop your request into the surgery during this time, or request it electronically. You can email your repeat prescription requests to:

Please make sure your emailed requests include your full name, DOB, address and the names and dose of the items that you need.
