We recognise that getting in touch with the surgery has been very difficult in the last few months and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. We have made some changes in our phone lines by increasing the number of incoming lines by 50% and we hope that you can soon see a difference. On 1st June 2021 we are launching online triage (KLINIK) which is accessed via our website www.stanmoremedicalcentre.co.uk. All patient queries are to be submitted online, for those who not have internet access or are unable to do so, you can continue to telephone the surgery and receptionist will take details and raise it on your behalf. You will be required to select the appropriate tile and give relevant information in order that your query is directed to the appropriate team. Responses to your query will be via text message or telephone call, including notification of your appointment date and time. You will no longer be able to book appointments online or via the telephone. We will triage all clinical queries that are submitted by 3pm the same day. For administrative queries we will respond within 5 working days.
